Complete Operation and Maintenance Manuals which are used to resolve any issues that may arise after a project is completed.
- Site Review
Evaluates proposed sites to identify any special conditions or problems. Provides client with up front information necessary for negotiation with landlords when completing base building improvements or build-out allowances.
- Vendor & Material Selection
Ensures that needed materials will be available within the appropriate timeframe and enables price comparison while maintaining the principle design intent.
- Team Member Selection
Provides the best team members for the job, utilizing our staff who has vast experience dealing with design/development teams.

- Augmenting Services of Client
Assumes responsibility for tasks normally completed by the client. This normally occurs when client is understaffed or when a large number of projects need to be completed simultaneously.
- Project Consultation
Defined by needs of the client.
- Direct PM to Clients
Acts as owner/client side PM on projects. This allows the client to handle additional workloads without increasing a company’s overhead.
